We are Garrett and Xiutzal Burgess.  We met almost 15 years ago at work, in a call center.  We have been married for 10 years.  We were both raised in call centers.   We were addicted to working with and recognizing people.    Call Centers are known for their potlucks, pizza days, fun activities, and anything to keep their representatives happy.

As Covid hit although we worked in very different fields.  Garrett is Collections and Xiutzal in Small Business Banking.   We were both pushed to work from home.  There were many wins with the decrease in travel costs and business attire.   We greatly missed having the opportunity to interact and reward those people we worked with.   

That is where Appreciation Delivered was born.    Working with our current employers we were able to offer employee of the month, quarterly snack packs, and logoed items.   In additional to a texting service that allowed us to text blast recognition and motivational quotes.
